At Nutritional Medicine Ltd, we pride ourselves on a level of customer service that is reflective of the high standards of the Bio-Botanical Research products. Our orders department is available 9:00 - 5:00 New Zealand time Mon-Thurs, and from 9:00 - 2:00 on Fridays.
- Our technical consultants are available to provide support to health professionals on usage and protocols by appointment.
- If you are not a health care practitioner and need product information and usage assistance, we are happy to refer you to a practitioner to assist you by phone or in person.
All orders are shipped by NZ Post, or NZ Couriers unless otherwise requested. When possible, orders placed before 11.00 am will be shipped the same day (we do not ship on weekends or public holidays).
- There is no minimum order size and no additional charge for drop-shipments to patients.
- We provide an email confirmation with your order tracking details at time of shipping. Once the package shows delivery please contact the carrier directly for any lost or missing packages.
- Returns accepted on unopened product within 60 days of purchase, shipping costs are not refundable. Contact us by email for authorization at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- If you have purchased Bio-Botanical Research products through another party, such as an online store or doctor, contact them directly regarding returns.

Customers can choose to check out as a guest or create an account. From your account you can track an order, view order history, reorder, or return an item.

Professional accounts and wholesale pricing is available only to licensed health care professionals.

- We will notify you by email when your professional account is available, usually within 1 business day (following proof of qualifications). If you need to order immediately please contact us at 021 941 556 (NZ) or 001164 21 941 556 (Australia) and we will expedite your online account set up.
- Once your professional account is set, login to view products and information/terms for health care professionals.
- Health care professionals must not sell through any third-party websites, such as Amazon or Ebay, or list the products for less than the stated retail pricing on this website and our current price list.
